Job Summary
Eagle Tech is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing & Sales Manager to drive business development for its Electronics Manufacturing Services, including PCB SMT and through-hole assembly, panel box wiring, and cable harness manufacturing. The candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and develop long-term customer relationships across industries.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and execute sales strategies to promote EMS services to OEMs and industrial clients.
– Identify new markets and generate leads for PCB assemblies, control panels, and wiring harness projects.
– Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
– Coordinate with engineering and production teams to ensure suitable solutions and realistic delivery commitments.
– Negotiate pricing and contracts and close orders to meet sales targets.
– Maintain existing customer relationships and generate repeat business.
– Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
– Travel to customer locations as required.
Required Skills & Eligibility
– Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or a related discipline.
– 5–8 years of experience in marketing and sales related to:
– Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS)
– PCB assembly
– Wiring harness manufacturing
– Industrial electrical products
– Strong technical knowledge of SMT and through-hole PCB assembly, panel wiring, and harness production.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Languages: English and Tamil required; Hindi is an added advantage.
– Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
