Job Description

YMN Design Studio is looking for a skilled Sr. Architectural Designer to join its design and build team. The role involves contributing creatively to commercial interior and architectural projects while mentoring and overseeing junior designers in both 2D and 3D works.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and develop architectural designs for interior and build projects.

Prepare detailed drawings, presentations, and 3D visualizations.

Guide and review junior designers’ 2D drawings and 3D models, ensuring accuracy and design quality.

Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors for smooth project execution.

Conduct site visits and resolve design-related challenges during construction.

Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture.

3–4 years of experience in architecture or interior projects.

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.

Basic knowledge of SketchUp and Photoshop.

Good understanding of materials, finishes, and construction techniques.

Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and oversee junior designers.

Strong communication and project coordination skills.
