Role Overview

MotionCube Studio is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer to join its design team. The role primarily focuses on creating UI animations and explainer videos, with opportunities to contribute to marketing and advertising content.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce UI animations that enhance digital product experiences.

Create explainer videos that simplify complex ideas into clear and engaging visual stories.

Collaborate with designers, animators, and client teams to conceptualize and execute motion graphics projects.

Adapt and repurpose existing creative assets for different platforms and formats.

Ensure animations align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Stay updated on motion design trends, tools, and techniques.

Manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–4 years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, or related design work.

Proficiency in Adobe After Effects.

Knowledge of Rive is a strong advantage.

Familiarity with Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro is a plus.

Strong design sense with attention to detail, timing, and visual storytelling.

Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects.

Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and animation skills.

Education

No degree required. The company values skills, creativity, and portfolio quality. Recent graduates, self-taught artists, and candidates from non-traditional educational backgrounds are welcome to apply.
