Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Designing Manager to lead and manage a team of CAD and Graphic Designers. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in CAD and graphic design, along with experience in packaging design, new product development, project management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead the CAD and Graphic Design team.
Provide creative direction and technical expertise to the design team.
Provide technical and creative guidance to team members.
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Ensure timely and punctual completion of projects.
Identify design challenges and provide practical, innovative solutions.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Coordinate design activities to ensure project requirements are met.
Be flexible with working timings as required.
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong command of relevant CAD software, such as AutoCAD.
Proficiency in graphic design software, including:
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
CorelDRAW
Strong understanding of 2D/3D modelling and technical drawings.
Good knowledge of design principles.
Proven experience managing projects, including timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Knowledge of Packaging Design and New Product Development.
Strong problem-solving and creative-thinking abilities.
Practical experience in:
Offset Printing
Lamination
Rigid Box Design
Spot UV
Foiling
Window Pasting
Experience Requirement
8 years of Team Leader experience – Required.
Prior experience managing CAD and graphic design teams is highly preferred.
