Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end AI product development from ideation and design through deployment and continuous improvement.
Architect, develop and integrate AI/ML models into enterprise systems.
Ensure AI solutions are scalable, performant and maintainable.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers and data scientists.
Define technical requirements and deliver enterprise AI solutions.
Mentor and guide junior engineers.
Drive innovation, technical excellence and continuous learning.

Required Skills

4–5 years of enterprise-grade AI/ML development.
Experience leading at least one complete AI product development lifecycle.
Python and/or Java.
TensorFlow, PyTorch and scikit-learn.
Data preprocessing, feature engineering and model evaluation.
AWS, Azure or GCP for AI product deployment.
RESTful APIs and system integration.
MLOps in enterprise environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Project management and leadership abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork.
