Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize Odoo ERP modules according to business requirements.
Write clean, maintainable and efficient Python code.
Collaborate with developers, project managers and stakeholders.
Design and implement new Odoo features.
Troubleshoot and debug existing modules.
Improve software development processes and practices.
Work according to Agile methodologies.
Handle Odoo data migration and related development activities.
Support Odoo installation, configuration and server administration.

Required Skills

3–4 years of Odoo development and customization.
Strong Python programming skills.
Web development: JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
Odoo 15 and latest versions.
PostgreSQL.
Linux server administration.
Git/version control.
Understanding of business processes:
Accounting
Inventory
Sales
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork.

Additional / Preferred Skills

JavaScript frameworks: React, Vue.js or Angular.
Odoo data migration.
Odoo 18 JSON actions and automations.
odoo.sh.
AWS/server administration.
ERPNext or other ERP systems.
Agile software development.
