Job Overview

Take ownership of the brand’s digital presence ahead of its market launch.
Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
Manage paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and website activities.
Improve online customer experience and conversion performance.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns.
Develop and manage SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
Execute email campaigns using Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
Manage website updates, content uploads, and performance tracking.
Monitor campaigns through Google Analytics and Ads Manager.
Analyze performance and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with the content team on marketing and creative strategy.
Conduct testing and optimization based on performance data.
Maintain consistent brand voice across digital channels.
Ensure a high-quality, conversion-focused customer experience.

Required Skills

1–3 years of digital marketing experience, agency or in-house.
Google Ads and Meta Ads.
SEO best practices.
Website/CMS management, including Shopify or WordPress.
Email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and proactive.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred

Interest or experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, or e-commerce.
Experience with Klaviyo.
Experience working with early-stage/growth brands.
