Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Generate and sustain 10K+ monthly leads, with focus on lead quality and conversions.
Optimize campaigns for CPL, CTR, CAC, ROAS, and conversions.
Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, audience segmentation, and targeting.
Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and CTAs.
Implement remarketing, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies.
Collaborate with content and design teams on ad creatives and landing pages.
Monitor ad spend, adjust bids, and maximize campaign ROI.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Stay updated with PPC trends, tools, and platform changes.

Required Skills

5+ years of hands-on PPC/performance marketing experience.
Mandatory: Campaign design experience in the EdTech/Education industry.
Proven ability to generate 10K+ monthly leads through PPC.
Google Ads — Search, Display, YouTube.
Meta Ads Manager.
LinkedIn Ads.
Conversion funnels, bidding strategies, and attribution models.
GA4, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio/Looker Studio.
CRM tools.
Experience managing medium-to-large advertising budgets.
Strong analytical and performance-driven approach.
