Role Overview
Hands-on technical architect responsible for architecting, building, and scaling a cloud-based SaaS platform. The role combines system architecture, full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, security, integrations, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and lead scalable, secure, high-performance systems.
Own end-to-end system design and technical decisions.
Contribute hands-on to full-stack development.
Build and manage AWS-based infrastructure with Kubernetes and CI/CD.
Implement secure authentication and SOC 2 readiness.
Design RBAC and BYOK encryption solutions.
Develop data integrations using Airbyte.
Design robust ETL/data pipelines.
Manage deployment, monitoring, fault tolerance, and messaging infrastructure.
Work with NATS messaging systems.
Drive automated testing, continuous integration, and high-quality releases.
Mentor engineers and provide technical direction across teams.

Required Skills

10+ years software engineering experience.
3+ years in a Lead Engineer / Architect position.
Proven experience scaling enterprise SaaS platforms.
Strong hands-on cloud infrastructure and deployment expertise.
Strong understanding of secure system design.
Experience with SOC 2, RBAC, and key management.
Excellent technical communication and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Sustainability / carbon accounting domain knowledge
