Role Overview
Develop and lead end-to-end full-stack solutions integrating enterprise platforms such as Workday (HRIS/LMS) and Credly (credentialing platform).
Build reliable integrations supporting automated credentialing and badge-issuance workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop full-stack applications for system integrations.
Build secure APIs, web services, webhooks, and user-facing components.
Develop middleware/microservices for data transformation, validation, and orchestration.
Implement authentication using OAuth 2.0, SAML, and API keys.
Analyze integration requirements and create scalable, reusable technical solutions.
Develop admin dashboards and monitoring interfaces where required.
Collaborate with HR, IT, Learning & Development teams and external vendors.
Document system architecture, APIs, data flows, and integration patterns.
Ensure security, data privacy, and compliance best practices.
Troubleshoot data synchronization, credential issuance, and integration issues.
Adapt integrations to platform enhancements and changes.
Required Skills
4+ years of full-stack development experience, preferably in enterprise environments.
Programming: Python, Java, C#, Node.js, or similar.
Front end: React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Strong REST API development.
Webhooks, JSON, XML
Secure API development and enterprise system integration.
OAuth 2.0 / SAML / API-key authentication.
Preferred Technical Exposure

Credly or credentialing platforms
Middleware and microservices
Data transformation and integration orchestration
