JD Summary — CNC Machinist

Job Role: CNC Machinist / CNC Turning Operator-Setter
Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 1–3 years
Qualification: ITI Machinist / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Job Type: Full-time, Monday–Saturday
Work Mode: In-person

Key Responsibilities:

Program, set, and operate CNC Turning Centers.
Read and interpret engineering drawings.
Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, speeds, and feeds.
Perform first-off inspection and ensure machined parts meet quality standards.
Assemble components and verify correct operation.
Chamfer and wire-brush components to remove swarf and burrs.
Complete work-order documentation and maintain CNC programs.
Set and operate automatic saws.
Support general factory operations as required.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience in CNC turning.
CNC programming, setting, and operation.
Engineering drawing interpretation.
Tooling and fixturing selection.
Knowledge of machining parameters.
Inspection and quality-control practices.
Good numeracy and literacy.
