Structural Design Engineer – Conserve Solutions
Location: Tiruchirappalli (Trichy), Tamil Nadu
Experience: 5+ years

Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering is an added advantage.
5+ years of hands-on experience in structural analysis and design.
Experience with Gulf projects is preferred.
Required Technical Skills
ETABS, SAFE, IDEA StatiCa, AutoCAD
Manual structural design calculations using Excel or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of British Standards (BS) and international building codes.
RCC, steel, and composite structural systems.
Substructure and superstructure design.
Structural stability, design validation, and integrity checks.
Structural drawing preparation and review.
Key Responsibilities
Perform structural analysis, modelling, and design for RCC, steel, and composite structures.
Create and modify ETABS and SAFE models.
Carry out independent design calculations and manual validation checks.
Prepare and review structural drawings, specifications, and reports.
Ensure designs comply with project requirements, safety standards, and BS codes.
Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, and construction teams.
Participate in design reviews and provide technical inputs.
Maintain documentation for approvals, compliance, and project handover.
Contribute to quality improvement and technical decision-making.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, coordination, analytical, and documentation skills, along with the ability to work independently and take ownership of structural design activities.
