Civil Site Engineer / Construction Supervisor

Project Locations: Chennai, Hosur, Krishnagiri, Madurai, Thoothukudi, Tirunelveli, Kollam & Thiruvananthapuram
Experience: Freshers to 3 years
Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000/month
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Work Mode: On-site / Site Camp
Working Hours: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM

Qualification
Diploma or Engineering Graduate in Civil Engineering
Freshers can apply.
1–3 years of building construction/site supervision experience preferred.
Tamil proficiency required.
Preferred Skills
MS Office
AutoCAD – added advantage
Total Station – added advantage
Safety course certification – added advantage
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear communication and teamwork
Willingness to take ownership and learn new skills
Key Responsibilities
Supervise assigned construction activities.
Provide work clearances to skilled and semi-skilled workers.
Prepare micro-plans and coordinate with the Project Manager.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
Monitor progress and minimize material/work wastage.
Maintain the Daily Site Register.
Report project progress to the immediate manager.
Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company procedures.
Coordinate effectively with workers and department engineers.
Participate actively in project/team meetings.
Important Conditions
Must be willing to relocate and stay at project site camps anywhere in Tamil Nadu or Kerala.
Work is strictly on-site; remote work is not available.
