Key Responsibilities
Design and develop architectural plans for buildings and infrastructure projects.
Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using CAD software.
Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project feasibility.
Coordinate with civil engineers, contractors, construction teams, and project managers.
Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety, and environmental regulations.
Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Provide technical guidance to junior architects/design teams.
Attend client, stakeholder, and regulatory meetings and provide project updates.
Ensure projects are completed according to specifications and timelines.
Candidate Skills
Strong architectural and civil design knowledge.
CAD drafting proficiency.
Good understanding of construction processes and building regulations.
