Assistant Engineer – Engineering Projects

Job Type: Full-time

Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

Other relevant engineering disciplines

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior engineers with the design, development, and implementation of technical projects.
Support equipment/system installation, testing, and commissioning.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and system-related issues under supervision.
Prepare and maintain technical reports, user manuals, and standard procedures.
Monitor equipment performance and report issues to the relevant teams.
Coordinate with Production, QA, and Maintenance teams.
Conduct routine inspections, technical checks, and data collection.
Participate in continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Skills Required:

Basic understanding of engineering principles and technical drawings.
Knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks, PLCs, or relevant industry software is preferred.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work in shifts or extended hours when required.
