Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on experience
Work Mode: In-person

Job Summary

We are looking for a technically strong and detail-oriented SolidWorks Design Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for mechanical design and development activities involving machine building, hydraulics and structural applications.

The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, customer-focused and capable of managing multiple assignments while working effectively with team members and process partners.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and modify mechanical designs using SolidWorks.
Prepare detailed 3D models, assemblies and engineering drawings.
Work on machine-building and mechanical design projects.
Design and support hydraulic systems involving:
Hydraulic power packs
Hydraulic cylinders
Related hydraulic components
Apply structural analysis principles to mechanical and machine designs.
Understand technical requirements and develop practical design solutions.
Review designs for functionality, manufacturability and structural integrity.
Communicate technical information effectively with team members and process partners.
Manage multiple design assignments simultaneously and deliver them within project timelines.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams to understand and address technical requirements.
Support design modifications, troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities.
Maintain proper design documentation and engineering records.
Follow established engineering and quality processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in mechanical design.
Strong hands-on experience with SolidWorks.
Good understanding of:
Hydraulics
Hydraulic Power Packs
Hydraulic Cylinders
Machine Building
Structural Analysis
Mechanical Design Principles
Strong technical and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good planning and organizational abilities.
Ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently.
Strong customer-focused approach.
Good English communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who can independently handle SolidWorks-based mechanical design activities while collaborating effectively with customers, engineers and process partners.
