Sr. Software Engineer – Aarna HR Solutions / MNC Client
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 3–6 years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech
Eligible streams: CSE, ECE, EEE, ICE, Embedded Systems
Industry: Electronic interconnectors / RF & high-speed electrical test systems
Role Overview

The position focuses on developing software for RF/microwave electrical test systems used to manufacture and test multi-gigabit cable assemblies.

You would work with standards/technologies such as:

Ethernet
Infiniband
Fibre Channel
PCIe
SAS
SATA

The role combines software development + hardware/test-system interfacing.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain test-system software
Integrate custom circuit boards and mechanical fixtures with test equipment
Work with digital sampling oscilloscopes, TDR modules and network analyzers
Analyze electrical test data and perform statistical analysis
Conduct root-cause and corrective-action analysis
Create and execute software/system test plans
Perform verification and validation
Troubleshoot failure modes and document results
Coordinate with product development, manufacturing, quality and other global teams
Maintain product/test-system documentation and work instructions

Programming:

C/C++
Python
TCL/TK
Visual Basic .NET / Microsoft .NET

Ideal Candidate

The strongest profile would be someone with 3–6 years of software development experience who also understands electronics/hardware interfacing and automated electrical testing. Pure software-development experience without exposure to test equipment or hardware integration may be less aligned.
