Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in:
Soil Science
Microbiology
Chemistry
Related fields
Key Responsibilities

🧪 Sample Preparation & Analysis

Collect, label and prepare soil, compost, water and extract samples
Conduct microbial assays and microscopy
Analyze protozoa and fungal networks

🔬 Instrument Operation

Operate and calibrate pH meters, spectrophotometers and moisture analyzers
Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting

📊 Data Management

Record laboratory results accurately
Use digital tools such as AppSheet & BigQuery
Prepare summary reports and visualizations

✅ Quality & Safety

Follow SOPs and laboratory safety procedures
Maintain laboratory inventory and storage conditions

🌾 Field Support

Assist with field sample collection
Support on-site testing when required
Candidate Profile
1–2 years of academic or industry laboratory experience
Comfortable with basic laboratory equipment and sterile techniques
Strong analytical and teamwork skills
Detail-oriented with an interest in soil health and sustainable agriculture
