Location: Bangalore
Experience: 5+ Years
Industry: Semiconductor / Embedded Engineering

Qualification:

Engineering Degree / Diploma in:
Computer Science
Electrical Engineering
Electronics & Communication
5+ years of relevant industry experience

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Semiconductor industry experience
Hardware project coordination
End-to-end platform lifecycle knowledge
Board build and fabrication experience with contract manufacturers
Platform BOM and logistics experience
Strong planning, coordination and follow-up abilities
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and tight deadlines
Comfortable working with global teams across Asia & North America
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint & MS Project
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate embedded hardware orders and requirements
Work with Board Operations and multiple functional teams
Track order status, ETA and shipments
Provide weekly shipment updates
Allocate orders upon delivery
Identify end-of-life parts and coordinate replacements
Conduct lead-time and EOL analysis
Support platform engineering teams with mitigation plans
Ensure hardware is available to stakeholders on time
