Cashier – Restaurant | Madurai

Position: Cashier
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 1+ Year preferred
Qualification: Degree / Diploma

💰 Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Handle cash and online payment transactions accurately
Issue receipts and maintain cash records
Perform daily cash and settlement reconciliation
Prepare and submit sales reports to the accounts team
Receive food orders from customers and online platforms
Pack orders accurately and coordinate timely delivery
Cross-check food items against KOT
Add cutlery, sauces and feedback slips to orders
Maintain printer bill rolls
Welcome customers and assist with queries
Collect customer feedback
Escalate complaints to the restaurant manager

Skills Required:

1+ year experience in cash handling or a relevant field
Good computer skills
Ability to generate and maintain reports
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
