FocusR is offering on-the-job training for experienced manufacturing/supply-chain professionals who want to transition into the IT/Oracle SCM domain. A salary package is offered during the training/employment.

Eligibility & Skills

2–5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector.
Strong understanding of:
Supply Chain
Inventory Management
Manufacturing Processes
Prior experience as an ERP end-user is an advantage.
Strong communication skills.
Team-oriented, assertive and persuasive approach.
Ability to handle challenges and work under pressure.
Willingness to learn Oracle SCM concepts.
Should have no travel constraints within India or abroad.

Important Commitment

FocusR states that no fee is charged for the training.
Candidates are expected to commit to a minimum of 30 months with the company.
