Production Executive – Textile Industry

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate production activities across textile/manufacturing units.
Research and identify potential vendors.
Handle sourcing of grey fabric, yarn and other textile products.
Maintain strong knowledge of counts in grey products.
Compare supplier quotations and evaluate offers.
Check the quality of purchased materials.
Maintain records of purchases, deliveries and invoices.
Prepare purchase reports and cost analyses.
Monitor stock levels and raise purchase orders when required.
Coordinate with warehouse teams for proper material storage.

Required Skills

Production and purchase experience preferred.
Vendor sourcing and supply-chain knowledge.
Strong negotiation skills.
MS Excel and Tally knowledge are mandatory.
Dedication, integrity and willingness to work in a textile environment.

Qualification

Degree in Textile/related field or relevant industry experience.

Salary: Based on industry standards and experience/expenditure.
