Key Responsibilities

Independently engage with clients and assess their current operations.
Identify improvement opportunities and formulate transformation strategies.
Apply Lean, TQM/TPM and other manufacturing best practices.
Present improvement plans and secure client management buy-in.
Implement improvement strategies and drive execution.
Motivate client teams and guide them toward measurable business results.
Work effectively with senior and middle management.
