HIRING – CABLE & WIRE HARNESS MANUFACTURING ENGINEER

💼 Position: Manufacturing Engineer – Cable & Wire Harness
💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹17,000/month
🕒 Shift: Day Shift
🏢 Job Type: Full-Time
📍 Work Location: In Person

🎓 Qualification

✔ Diploma / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering
✔ 1–3 years of experience in cable/wire harness manufacturing or a related field

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage manufacturing processes for cable and wire harness assemblies
• Prepare and review technical drawings, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and assembly instructions
• Select suitable cables, connectors, terminals, and sleeves
• Ensure correct crimping and soldering processes
• Set up workstations, tools, and jigs
• Optimize assembly lines for efficient production
• Conduct in-process inspections and final quality checks
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and IPC/UL standards
• Coordinate with Design, Procurement, and QA teams to resolve technical and material issues
• Train and guide technicians/operators on assembly and quality requirements

🛠️ Required Skills

✔ Knowledge of cable and wire harness manufacturing
✔ IPC/WHMA-A-620 knowledge preferred
✔ Familiarity with crimping tools and soldering
✔ Experience with continuity testers and insulation-resistance testing
✔ Ability to read wiring schematics and layout diagrams
✔ Ability to interpret customer specifications
✔ Strong attention to detail and quality
