The Unique Story is a prominent interior design company specializing in mid to high-range residential home interior projects. We are expanding our team in North Bangalore and looking for an experienced Site Engineer/Site Supervisor to manage interior projects effectively.

🔨 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage residential interior projects from site to completion
• Coordinate with contractors and ensure smooth site operations
• Manage materials and ensure proper utilization
• Coordinate with interior designers for on-site design execution
• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion
• Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship
• Manage multiple interior projects efficiently
• Measure sites accurately and prepare project bills
• Handle project billing and documentation
• Read and interpret architectural drawings
• Monitor carpentry and other interior works
• Ensure proper execution of designs as per specifications

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ 2–5 years of hands-on experience in interior projects
✔ Proven experience handling residential interior projects
✔ Strong site coordination skills
✔ Contractor management experience
✔ Good knowledge of interior materials
✔ Knowledge of carpentry work is an added advantage
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
✔ Strong quality-control and coordination skills
✔ Proficiency in site measurement and billing
✔ Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
✔ Self-driven and collaborative approach
