🏗️ Job Responsibilities
Ensure a consistently high standard of construction work in accordance with specifications and quality standards.
Conduct regular quality inspections and coordinate with subcontractors.
Ensure material requisitions are raised on time to meet the construction schedule.
Maintain good working relationships with clients, design teams, neighbours, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate project records for proper traceability.
Coordinate effectively between site and office activities.
Work closely with the Chief Engineer and other project team members.
🎓 Desired Profile
Diploma in Civil Engineering is required.
2–3 years of experience handling residential and commercial construction projects.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
Ability to manage both site and office work.
Strong AutoCAD and Excel skills.
Good understanding of construction supervision and project coordination.
