Job Responsibilities
Acquire new merchants and customers for Paytm’s digital payment solutions.
Educate businesses about Paytm products and services.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Conduct regular field visits within the assigned territory.
Prepare sales reports and update customer information in the CRM system.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Coordinate with the Regional Sales Manager and support business growth.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: 12th Pass or Any Graduate.
Experience: Minimum 6 months preferred; freshers can also apply.
Eligible Batch: 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 pass-outs.
Gender: Male candidates preferred.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
Must have a smartphone for work-related activities.
Fluency in Tamil and English.
Prior fintech sales experience is an added advantage.
