About the Role

Ababil Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Sales Engineers for its Medical Equipment & Devices division. This opportunity is ideal for experienced medical device sales professionals with expertise in hospital equipment sales.

Eligibility
Experience: 4–8 years in medical device/equipment sales.
Experience in ICU, OT, or Critical Care products is preferred.
Strong understanding of the hospital sales cycle.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Ababil Healthcare’s medical equipment portfolio.
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, doctors, and key stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and manage key accounts.
Develop territory sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct product demonstrations and clinical training sessions.
Manage leads and sales activities using CRM tools.
Participate in medical exhibitions and industry events.
Mentor and support junior team members.
Submit regular sales and market analysis reports.
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in medical device sales, especially with corporate and private hospitals.
Strong network with hospital decision-makers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
Fluent in English and the local language.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
