Job Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, increasing sales, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience. The role includes customer interaction, billing support, stock maintenance, and post-sales follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Maintain updated knowledge of products and offers.
Process sales transactions accurately.
Restock shelves and maintain product displays.
Ensure store cleanliness and organization.
Follow up with customers after sales.
Maintain customer records and prepare sales reports.
Handle customer complaints professionally.
Work closely with team members to achieve store sales goals.
