Job Summary

DMart is looking for customer-focused and energetic Retail Executives to support daily store operations. The role includes customer service, billing, inventory management, packing, warehouse assistance, and procurement support to ensure smooth retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
Welcome and assist customers with product selection.
Explain product features, pricing, and availability.
Promote offers and perform upselling/cross-selling.
Maintain a clean and organized store.
Handle customer complaints, returns, and queries professionally.
Cashiering & Billing
Operate POS/billing systems accurately.
Process payments through cash, cards, UPI, etc.
Apply discounts and issue receipts.
Inventory & Store Management
Refill shelves and rotate stock.
Monitor stock movement and report shortages.
Maintain inventory records.
Assist in stock audits.
Purchase & Procurement Support
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
Assist with purchase orders and delivery follow-ups.
Report low-stock items for replenishment.
Packing & Dispatch
Pack customer purchases carefully.
Ensure proper labeling and safe handling of products.
Warehouse (Godown) Operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization.
Assist in unloading and arranging stock.
Follow warehouse safety procedures.
Required Skills
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems.
Inventory handling skills.
Ability to multitask.
Physically fit for stocking and material handling.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Eligibility
10th Pass or above.
Fresher to 5 years of experience.
Both Male and Female candidates can apply.
