Job Title: Store Sales Executive
Job Summary

SILAII is hiring a Store Sales Executive to deliver exceptional customer service, achieve sales targets, and ensure smooth day-to-day retail store operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage inventory, billing, and customer relationships. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of retail sales experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
Explain SILAII’s products, including ready-made and customized sculptures.
Recommend suitable products and provide excellent customer service.
Handle customer queries and ensure a satisfying shopping experience.
Collect payments, issue bills, and return the correct balance.
Pack customer orders neatly and professionally.
Store Operations
Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and visual merchandising.
Ensure display racks are fully stocked and organized.
Inspect display sculptures regularly for any damages.
Maintain the POS dispatch register accurately.
Keep sufficient cash denominations for daily transactions.
Update the head office on store status at scheduled intervals.
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate stock records based on daily sales.
Verify stock availability and coordinate with the inventory team.
Update inventory details and report shortages promptly.
Prepare daily sales reports and product demand reports.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain and regularly update the customer database.
Contact existing customers for feedback, repeat purchases, and promotions.
Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service.
System & Software
Maintain sales and inventory records using:
Shopify
Microsoft Excel
Ensure accurate documentation of customer and inventory data.
Required Qualifications
High School (12th Pass) minimum qualification.
Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc., BBA, MBA in Marketing/Sales, or related field) is preferred.
Experience
