Job Summary

We are looking for a Process Design Engineer with experience in water and wastewater treatment systems to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for process design, plant evaluation, modelling, engineering calculations, project execution, and technical support throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires strong technical expertise, project coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering sustainable water treatment solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Process Design & Engineering
Design and develop water and wastewater treatment systems.
Perform process modelling, calculations, and plant evaluations.
Prepare process flow diagrams (PFDs), P&IDs, equipment sizing, and design calculations.
Develop engineering documents and technical specifications.
Water Treatment Technologies

Design and work with systems involving:

Membrane Technologies
Ion Exchange
Capacitive Deionization (CDI)
Filtration Systems
Chemical Dosing Systems
UV Disinfection Systems
Project Management
Coordinate engineering activities within multidisciplinary project teams.
Monitor project schedules and budgets.
Ensure timely completion of engineering deliverables.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Engineering Support
Provide technical support during proposal, bidding, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
Assist in vendor evaluation and technical reviews.
Resolve technical issues throughout project execution.
Client & Team Coordination
Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
Participate in technical meetings and project reviews.
Deliver presentations and engineering recommendations to clients.
Documentation
Prepare high-quality engineering reports and project documentation.
Compile pre-project and post-project completion documents.
Maintain engineering records and revision control.
Business Development Support
Support proposal preparation and technical presentations.
Assist in identifying engineering solutions for new business opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
Experience
3–6 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment system design.
