Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Mechanical CAD Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should possess strong mechanical design knowledge, proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks, and the ability to develop detailed engineering drawings for material handling equipment. The role involves collaborating with engineering and production teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for cranes and industrial lifting equipment.
Prepare detailed 2D and 3D engineering drawings using AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
Generate manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and part lists.
Perform engineering calculations, design validation, and basic simulations.
Collaborate with production, fabrication, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability.
Assist in prototype development, testing, troubleshooting, and design improvements.
Participate in design reviews and implement engineering modifications.
Provide technical support during manufacturing and installation.
Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards and safety regulations.
Maintain engineering documentation, drawing revisions, and technical records.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
Fresh candidates with strong CAD skills may also be considered.
