Job Title: Electrical Supervisor / Electrical Maintenance In-Charge
Location: Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee all electrical maintenance activities within the factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted plant operations by supervising electrical work, leading the maintenance team, troubleshooting electrical systems, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise all electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities across the factory premises.
Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults to minimize equipment downtime.
Lead, guide, and coordinate a team of electricians and maintenance personnel.
Monitor plant electrical systems to ensure continuous and reliable operations.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Inspect electrical equipment, control panels, motors, transformers, switchgear, and power distribution systems.
Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with production and other departments to schedule maintenance activities with minimal operational disruption.
Recommend improvements to enhance electrical system reliability, efficiency, and safety.
Qualifications
Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Preferred)
Additional technical certifications are an advantage.
Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical maintenance within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Preferred Certification
Valid Electrician License (Preferred)
