Job Summary

Kadri Wovens is looking for a skilled Electrical Supervisor to oversee the electrical maintenance activities of its manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of electrical systems, coordinating maintenance work, maintaining electrical records, and supporting uninterrupted plant operations while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance activities across the entire plant.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and machinery.
Monitor plant electrical systems to ensure reliable and efficient operation.
Maintain records of electrical maintenance activities, energy consumption, and equipment performance.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and coordinate timely repairs.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.
Inspect electrical installations and recommend improvements for reliability and efficiency.
Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical equipment.
Prepare maintenance reports and submit regular updates to management.
Qualifications
Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical maintenance or supervision in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
