Job Title: Machine Assembly & Fitter Technician
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Thudiyalur, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Job Summary

We are looking for a Machine Assembly & Fitter Technician with experience in machinery assembly, fitting, servicing, and maintenance. The ideal candidate should be capable of assembling mechanical equipment, carrying out fitting operations, troubleshooting machinery, and supporting installation and service activities while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Assemble machinery and mechanical equipment according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Perform fitting, alignment, and installation of machine components.
Carry out machine servicing, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
Diagnose mechanical issues and perform corrective maintenance.
Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments safely and effectively.
Inspect assembled machines to ensure proper operation and quality standards.
Replace worn or damaged mechanical components when required.
Assist in machine testing, commissioning, and customer service support.
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.
Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.
Coordinate with supervisors and production teams to complete assigned work on time.
Qualifications
10th Pass (Preferred)
ITI – Fitter (Preferred)
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in:
