Job Summary
We are hiring qualified and experienced Registered Nurses for Hospital and Industrial healthcare positions in Oman. The selected candidates will provide comprehensive patient care, promote workplace health and safety, and ensure adherence to international clinical standards while working in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

1. Staff Nurse
Qualification
B.Sc. Nursing (3-year program)
GNM (4-year program)
Salary
350–400 OMR per month
2. Industrial Nurse
Qualification
B.Sc. Nursing (3-year program)
GNM (4-year program)
Salary
450–475 OMR per month
Key Responsibilities
Staff Nurse
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in hospital settings.
Assess, monitor, and document patients’ health status and vital signs.
Administer medications, IV therapy, injections, and prescribed treatments.
Assist physicians during examinations, surgeries, and emergency procedures.
Monitor patient progress and promptly report changes in condition.
Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and preventive healthcare.
Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and quality assurance protocols.
Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver quality patient care.
Industrial Nurse
Provide first aid and emergency medical assistance to employees.
Conduct routine health assessments and occupational health screenings.
Manage workplace injuries, illnesses, and emergency response.
Maintain employee medical records and health documentation.
Promote occupational health, safety, and wellness programs.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
Coordinate referrals and medical follow-up for employees when required.
Conduct employee health awareness and preventive care programs.
Eligibility Criteria
B.Sc. Nursing (3-year program) or GNM (4-year program).
Valid Nursing Council Registration.
Relevant nursing experience in hospital or industrial healthcare settings.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
