Job Summary

Preethi Hospitals Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support clinical services. The successful candidate will be responsible for patient assessment, treatment administration, emergency care, maintaining clinical documentation, and promoting a safe healthcare environment while working collaboratively with doctors and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and clinical standards.
Assess, monitor, and record patients’ health status and vital signs.
Administer medications, intravenous therapies, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and emergency interventions.
Provide immediate care for emergency injuries and critical situations.
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and preventive healthcare.
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation, patient records, and treatment charts.
Identify workplace hazards and recommend preventive and corrective measures.
Support infection prevention, patient safety, and hospital quality initiatives.
Participate in health and safety programs, risk management, and continuous quality improvement activities.
Mentor and support junior nursing staff and contribute to ongoing staff development.
Maintain professional ethics, confidentiality, and compliance with hospital regulations.
Required Qualifications
Nursing Degree (GNM / B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent).
Valid Nursing Council Registration.
1–4 years of post-qualification hospital nursing experience.
