Job Summary

We are inviting applications from qualified and experienced Registered Nurses for hospital and industrial healthcare positions in Oman. The selected candidates will provide high-quality nursing care, ensure patient safety, administer treatments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams while maintaining international healthcare standards.

Available Positions
1. Staff Nurse

Qualification

B.Sc. Nursing (Minimum 3-year course)
GNM (Minimum 4-year course)

Salary

350 – 400 OMR per month
2. Industrial Nurse

Qualification

B.Sc. Nursing (Minimum 3-year course)
GNM (Minimum 4-year course)

Salary

450 – 475 OMR per month
Key Responsibilities
Hospital Staff Nurse
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients.
Assess, monitor, and record patients’ health conditions and vital signs.
Administer medications, IV therapy, and prescribed treatments.
Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care.
Follow infection prevention and patient safety protocols.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
Industrial Nurse
Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees.
Conduct routine health assessments and medical screenings.
Manage occupational injuries and workplace illnesses.
Monitor employee health and maintain confidential medical records.
Promote workplace health, safety, and wellness programs.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Coordinate emergency response and medical referrals when necessary.
Conduct health education and awareness sessions for employees.
Eligibility Criteria
B.Sc. Nursing (3-year program) or GNM (4-year program).
Registered Nurse with a valid Nursing Council registration.
Relevant clinical or industrial nursing experience as per employer requirements.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a multicultural healthcare environment.
