Job Summary

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our Emergency & Casualty and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) teams. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill and emergency patients while working closely with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency & Casualty and ICU departments.
Monitor patients’ vital signs and promptly report any changes in condition.
Administer medications, IV fluids, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Assist doctors during emergency procedures, resuscitation, and other critical interventions.
Operate and monitor ICU equipment such as cardiac monitors, ventilators, infusion pumps, and other life-support devices.
Maintain accurate patient records, nursing documentation, and treatment charts.
Ensure strict adherence to infection prevention and patient safety protocols.
Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and post-care instructions.
Coordinate with the healthcare team to provide timely and effective patient care.
Maintain cleanliness, preparedness, and availability of medical equipment and supplies.
Respond efficiently to medical emergencies while following hospital protocols.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: GNM or B.Sc. Nursing
Experience: Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (Emergency/ICU experience preferred)
Valid Nursing Council registration is preferred.
Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.
Required Skills
Strong clinical and patient care skills.
Knowledge of emergency and critical care procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Teamwork, compassion, and attention to detail.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is an added advantage.
