Job Summary

The ANM/OT Assistant will assist in delivering quality nursing care, support surgical procedures, and ensure patients receive compassionate and ethical care. The role involves assisting healthcare professionals, educating patients and families, and maintaining compliance with hospital policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise, coordinate, and provide direct nursing care to patients.
Assist in Operation Theatre (OT) procedures and patient preparation.
Ensure patients receive quality, compassionate, and ethical care.
Educate and counsel patients and their families.
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to doctors or senior nurses.
Assist in administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Instruct, motivate, and support junior nursing staff when required.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Perform additional duties assigned by the hospital management.
