Job Summary

The Staff Nurse will provide high-quality nursing care in the Labour Ward, NICU, or Operation Theatre. Responsibilities include assisting physicians during procedures, monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, maintaining clinical records, ensuring infection control, and delivering compassionate care to mothers, newborns, and surgical patients.

Key Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to patients in Labour Ward, NICU, or OT.
Monitor patients’ vital signs and clinical condition.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assist doctors during deliveries, neonatal care, and surgical procedures.
Prepare and maintain OT and patient care equipment.
Ensure strict infection prevention and sterilization protocols.
Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
Educate patients and caregivers on post-treatment and post-operative care.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
