Job Summary

The Home Care Nurse is responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients in their homes. The role includes administering medications, monitoring patient health, assisting with mobility and daily living activities, operating medical equipment, and responding to medical emergencies while ensuring compassionate and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to patients at home.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
Operate and monitor medical equipment as required.
Assist patients with mobility and activities of daily living (ADLs).
Monitor vital signs and overall patient health.
Identify changes in patient condition and respond appropriately.
Handle medical emergencies and provide first aid or emergency nursing care.
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
Educate patients and caregivers on health management and medication adherence.
Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
