Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Cisco Network-Core Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Cisco networking, routing, switching, firewall administration, and IT security while ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance of network environments.

Key Responsibilities
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco network infrastructure, including routers, switches, ASA firewalls, Firepower, IPS, and AnyConnect VPN.
Administer and maintain enterprise firewall solutions, including Cisco, Check Point, and Palo Alto.
Configure and support proxy servers and network security appliances.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, routing, and switching issues.
Perform IOS upgrades, firmware updates, and patch management.
Ensure network security through access control, audit log reviews, vulnerability mitigation, and compliance with security standards.
Plan and execute network upgrades, hardware replacements, and infrastructure improvements.
Participate in disaster recovery (DR) planning, implementation, and testing.
Support ITIL processes, including incident, change, capacity, vendor, and problem management.
Create and maintain network architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and operational reports.
Provide 24×7 production support, including night and weekend on-call support when required.
