Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using AdonisJS and Ruby on Rails. The ideal candidate should have strong backend and frontend development skills, experience with RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, database design, and GitHub-based development workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Application Development
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using AdonisJS and Ruby on Rails.
Build robust backend services and business logic.
Develop secure, maintainable, and high-performance applications.
Ensure applications meet business and technical requirements.
Frontend Development
Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using:
HTML5
CSS3
Edge Templates
Implement modern UI/UX best practices.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
Backend Development
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs.
Implement MVC architecture principles.
Design and manage application databases.
Optimize application performance and scalability.
Collaboration
Work closely with:
Project Managers
UI/UX Designers
QA Engineers
Development Team
Participate in Agile development activities and project discussions.
Code Quality
Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
Follow coding standards and software development best practices.
Participate in code reviews.
Mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge.
Version Control
Manage source code using GitHub.
Work with branching, pull requests, and version control workflows.
Performance & Maintenance
Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
Debug and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Monitor application performance and implement improvements.
Continuous Learning
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Recommend and adopt new tools and best practices where appropriate.

Compensation

Salary: ₹12,575.18 – ₹67,553.84 per month (based on skills and experience)
