Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer Lead with strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, and AWS to lead the development of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across front-end, back-end, API development, cloud technologies, databases, and Agile software development while providing technical leadership and mentoring development teams.

Key Responsibilities
Full Stack Development
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications.
Build scalable, secure, and high-performance full-stack solutions.
Develop reusable, maintainable, and efficient application components.
Participate in application architecture and technical design discussions.
Backend Development
Develop backend services using:
Node.js
C#
ASP.NET
Web API
WCF
Implement RESTful APIs following industry best practices.
Develop secure and scalable API-based systems.
Maintain and enhance existing enterprise applications.
Frontend Development
Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using:
React.js
JavaScript
Build reusable UI components.
Optimize frontend performance and user experience.
Database Development
Design and maintain relational databases.
Work with:
PostgreSQL
PL/SQL
Optimize database queries and improve application performance.
Cloud Development
Develop and deploy applications on AWS.
Support cloud-native application architecture.
Collaborate on deployment strategies and cloud infrastructure.
Software Engineering
Follow Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
Work with Object-Relational Mapping (ORM).
Ensure code quality through testing and code reviews.
Perform application vulnerability remediation and security improvements.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Agile Delivery
Develop features based on user stories.
