Job Summary

Scapia is seeking a passionate Flutter Developer to build high-performance, cross-platform mobile and web applications using a unified Flutter codebase. The ideal candidate should be experienced in Flutter, Dart, REST API integration, mobile performance optimization, and app deployment, while collaborating closely with product, design, and backend engineering teams to deliver world-class user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Cross-Platform Application Development
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Flutter applications for Android, iOS, and Web.
Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable Flutter components.
Deliver features from a shared Flutter codebase.
Feature Development
Own end-to-end implementation of product features.
Translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Develop intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces.
API Integration
Integrate RESTful APIs with Flutter applications.
Work closely with backend teams to ensure seamless communication.
Handle authentication, networking, and data synchronization.
Payment Gateway Integration
Integrate payment SDKs including:
PayU
Razorpay
Ensure secure and reliable payment experiences.
Performance Optimization
Profile, debug, and optimize applications for smooth 60 FPS performance.
Improve UI responsiveness and overall application efficiency.
Resolve performance bottlenecks and memory issues.
Code Quality
Write clean, readable, and maintainable Dart code.
Follow software engineering best practices.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards.
Mobile App Release & DevOps
Publish applications to:
Google Play Store
Apple App Store
Manage application release cycles.
Maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Monitoring & Analytics
Integrate analytics platforms.
Configure Firebase services.
Monitor crashes and application health.
Improve application stability using crash reporting tools.
Collaboration
Work closely with:
Product Managers
UI/UX Designers
Backend Engineers
Participate in technical discussions, whiteboard sessions, and engineering reviews.
Contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.
