Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer with strong expertise in PHP and the Laravel framework to design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Laravel, MVC architecture, SQL databases, and modern web development practices, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement web applications using the Laravel framework.
Develop and maintain server-side application logic.
Build secure and scalable web applications following coding best practices.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and application issues.
Interact with SQL databases and ensure efficient database design and queries.
Ensure all database inputs are properly parameterized to prevent SQL injection and maintain application security.
Implement and maintain appropriate security standards across applications.
Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
Maintain existing web applications and implement new features as required.
Present project progress and technical solutions during meetings with clients and management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in PHP.
Hands-on experience with the Laravel Framework.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
Strong knowledge of MVC Architecture.
Experience working with SQL databases.
Knowledge of secure coding practices and web application security.
Debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in Laravel/PHP web development.
Preferred Skills
Experience with RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
Understanding of software development best practices and deployment processes.
