Job Summary

R-Angle Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Site Engineer cum Supervisor to lead on-site execution and coordination for modular interior projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in interiors, construction, or modular furniture projects and will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end site operations, ensuring quality workmanship, timely project completion, and effective coordination among installation teams, production, designers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities
Site Execution & Project Supervision
Lead and supervise day-to-day site activities for modular interior projects.
Ensure installation work is completed according to approved drawings and project specifications.
Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Coordinate site logistics, material availability, and workforce deployment.
Team Management
Supervise installation teams, carpenters, technicians, and subcontractors.
Allocate work efficiently and monitor team productivity.
Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site execution issues.
Site Coordination
Act as the primary liaison between the design, production, procurement, and client teams.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Address site challenges and implement practical solutions.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Ensure all installation activities meet company quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections to verify workmanship and finishing quality.
Enforce compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements.
Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and installation methods.
Client Interaction
Communicate project updates with clients.
Resolve client concerns professionally during project execution.
Maintain positive client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
Prepare installation checklists and quality inspection reports.
Track project progress and report status to management.
Ensure proper documentation of completed work and handover processes.
Required Qualifications
Diploma or B.Tech in:
Civil Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Interior Engineering
Or a related engineering discipline
Experience
Minimum 2 years of site supervision experience.
Experience in interiors, modular furniture, or construction projects is preferred.
Required Skills
Knowledge of modular furniture installation processes.
Understanding of construction materials and hardware.
Strong site supervision and project coordination skills.
Ability to read and interpret engineering and interior drawings.
Good leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making capability.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Familiarity with workplace safety standards.
