Job Summary

Innolink Digital Services is looking for an experienced Senior BIM Engineer to join its Madurai office. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of BIM experience and will lead BIM coordination, model management, clash detection, and digital engineering initiatives. The role requires expertise in Revit, BIM coordination, Navisworks, IFC standards, and parametric design to deliver high-quality, multidisciplinary BIM projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead BIM coordination activities across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
Develop, implement, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) in line with project requirements.
Create, manage, and review BIM models using Revit.
Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
Ensure BIM models comply with IFC standards, client specifications, and industry best practices.
Conduct quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) checks to maintain model accuracy and data integrity.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve design issues.
Optimize BIM workflows to improve project efficiency and model consistency.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, BIM standards, and model deliverables.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior BIM engineers and modelers.
Communicate project progress, technical challenges, and solutions with clients and internal teams.
Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, tools, and industry standards.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Revit (Mandatory).
Expertise in BIM Coordination (Mandatory).
Advanced knowledge of Navisworks.
Understanding of IFC Standards and BIM data exchange.
Experience in Clash Detection and conflict resolution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Knowledge of Parametric Design concepts.
Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
7–10 years of professional experience in BIM engineering.
Proven experience delivering multidisciplinary BIM projects.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Strong leadership and team mentoring abilities.
Experience managing BIM workflows for large-scale infrastructure or building projects.
Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary project environments.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality BIM models.
Capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
